License/Terms of Use for The Digital Furnace
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://thedigitalfurnace.com (the “Site”) and all digital assets (“Content”) available for download, including but not limited to images, vectors, illustrations, designs, video clips, audio clips, and templates.

Ownership & Grant of License
All Content available on The Digital Furnace is the intellectual property of The Digital Furnace and its respective creators.
“Subject to your compliance with these Terms, The Digital Furnace hereby grants you a free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, modify, and use the Content to create Derivative Works and End Products for both Personal and Commercial Use, strictly in accordance with the permissions and restrictions set forth in these Terms.”
Permitted Uses (What You CAN Do)
You are permitted to:
Download and use the Content to create End Products for both Personal and Commercial Use without paying royalties or fees.
Modify and adapt the Content by editing, altering, cropping, or combining it with other materials.
Create Derivative Works by incorporating the Content into your original creations, including but not limited to:
Websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
Marketing and promotional materials for a business (e.g., social media ads, brochures, online advertisements).
Presentations, reports, and educational materials.
Online videos and streaming content (e.g., YouTube, social media videos).
Physical products for sale (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, posters).
Digital products where the Content is not the primary value (e.g., an ebook, where the content is the text).
Prohibited Uses (What You CANNOT Do)
You MAY NOT:
Redistribute or Resell: Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the original Content files (or any edited version where the Content remains a core sellable asset) in any format that allows them to be reused as standalone design resources.
Use in Competitive Products: Include the Content in any product or service whose primary value is the Content itself, such as logo packs, UI kits, website templates, mockup generators, or similar items intended for sale to designers, developers, or creators.
Use on Stock Platforms: Offer the Content on any stock media platform, template marketplace, or file-sharing service.
Claim Ownership: Claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights to the original, unmodified Content.
Use for Illegal Purposes: Use the Content in connection with any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
Infringe on Rights: Use Content featuring recognizable people, logos, or property in a way that creates a false sense of endorsement, affiliation, or that infringes on a third party’s trademark or portrait rights. You are solely responsible for determining if your use requires a model or property release.
Specific License Types
1. For Images & Graphics
All images and graphics are licensed under these terms. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
2. For Logos & Brand Assets
Logos and brand-related Content remain the property of their respective trademark owners. Use in derivative works must not suggest endorsement or affiliation. When in doubt about logo usage, contact the brand owner directly.
3. For Videos & Motion Graphics
Video content follows the same licensing terms. You may incorporate our videos into your projects but may not redistribute the raw video files.
Important Definitions
“Derivative Work”: A new, original creation that incorporates the Content in a modified form, where the Content is not the primary value.
“End Product”: The final work you create that incorporates the Content, distributed to end-users who cannot extract the Content for reuse.
“Competitive Product”: Any product or service that directly competes with The Digital Furnace’s core offering of providing downloadable digital assets.
License Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Content and delete or destroy any copies.
Important Clarifications & Your Responsibility
No Warranty: All Content is provided “as is” without any warranties. The Digital Furnace is not liable for any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Content.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Content complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights. The Digital Furnace does not represent or warrant that all necessary model or property releases have been obtained.
Trademarks & Logos: Content containing logos or brand identifiers does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by that brand. Use of such content is at your own risk regarding trademark law.
No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Digital Furnace and its contributors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site or any Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Links & Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interaction with any third-party is solely between you and that third-party.
